macOS Sierra is latest version of OS available for Macbook and iMacs. Apple introduced handful features including ability to send and receive text messages as well as iMessages on macOS Sierra. Pretty handful, isn’t it?
This feature is quite useful when you are working on your Macbook and you receive text message on your iPhone. Instead of stopping the work and looking at your iPhone, you can see the text message on your Macbook and even can reply from there too.
This has been my favorite feature of macOS Sierra. Other than replying, if you are to send very long messages, you can easily send them from your Macbook. Since typing is quite faster on Macbook than typing on iPhone, so it will save lot of your time.
Guide to Reply to Messags from Macbook in macOS Sierra
Today we will guide you how you can reply to text messages right from notification menu on your Macbook or iMac running on macOS Sierra.
Step 1: As soon as you receive text message on your iPhone, you will get the notification on your Macbook at top right corner.
Step 2: All you need is to hover the mouse over that notification.
Step 3: As soon as you do it, you will see option Reply.
Step 4: Click on Reply and you will get writing space.
Step 5: Type whatever you want to and then click on reply button.
That’s all you were needed to do. A text message will be sent from your iPhone to that person you were replying to.
